Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are having issues with an item you have received please reach out to us via email. Shop Will Beauty believes it is important to take care of the customers who support our shop. We currently accept returns for un-used Wig Attachment Products, Synthetic Lace Front Wigs, Nails, and Hair Tools still in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Every single human hair wig sold on our site is made-to-order, meaning that every wig is custom built to the specifications chosen by the customer during checkout. Due to our customized operations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for our Human Hair Wigs, as all sales on these products are final. However, if a human hair wig arrives damaged or doesn't fit the description or specifications of your order, please reach out to us via email so we are able to rectify the situation.

We accept order cancellations for all products, including human hair wigs, within 48 hours of purchase.
